Returns
Wrong color or size? We will gladly accept returned products in their original condition for exchange or merchandise credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to authorize your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Our handcrafted products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Kokoru Ceramics is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed carefully and arrive intact in order to receive credit on the return.
Custom and special orders are final sales and cannot be returned.
All sale items are "as is" and are final sales.
Shipping
It is very important to us to ensure that you receive your artwork in perfect condition. Orders are lovingly packaged and shipped out every 3-5 business days. We ship via USPS or UPS (ground).

For orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska residents, (or beyond) please send us a message for a quote on shipping.
Damages
We have an excellent shipping record, and will refund any item that arrives damaged. Please document the damaged carton and product immediately upon receipt, and contact us right away. Refunds for items broken in shipping can only be accommodated with documentation of the broken item AND the package.
